INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions set out the expectations between you (“Guest”, “you”) and Terri Pugh (“I”, “me”, “Terri”, “we”, “us”) should you become a guest on the Intuitive Eating & Body Confidence Podcast (the Podcast). Please read them carefully.
The Privacy Statement is set out in a separate page and confirms how we use data relating to you and it forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
These terms may change from time and the terms in force will be displayed on this page. By becoming a guest you agree to the Terms and Conditions without modification. We reserve the right to amend details of the podcast and on doing so we will update these Terms and Conditions.

ADOPTING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By recording a conversation with Terri with the intention of the recording becoming a podcast episode, you are consenting our terms and conditions as set out here. Should you not wish to accept the terms and conditions of this Site in full you should not record the conversation.
Should the conversation have already been recorded but not yet be live on the podcast, and you wish to withdraw your consent to publish, you must notify Terri with a minimum of 7 calendar days notice.
Should the conversation have already been recorded and is live on the podcast, you are no longer able to revoke this permission and the episode will remain live. You can however request any links to your website, social media, and contact details be removed from the show notes. We are unable to remove any of these details from the audio. This request must be sent by email to hello@terripugh.com, and will be actioned within 7 calendar days of acknowledged receipt of the email.
THE PODCAST
The podcast is currently known as “the intuitive eating and body confidence podcast”. The podcast name may from time to time, and so may be appear in online searches under alternative names. These terms will apply to your involvement with the podcast under all names, and regardless of name changes.
The podcast is intended for use by persons seeking information around eating behaviours and body confidence. This may include young people who are below 18 years old. Content is available to listeners worldwide.
The content on the podcast, and the associated social media channels and email marketing, will include information on intuitive eating and body image coaching. All content is intended for informational purposes only. None of the content in the podcast, or any emails, blog posts or social media posts relating to the podcast, should be construed as specific or individual intuitive eating and body image advice.
As a guest you will not provide individual advice, and will provide information that is also for informational purposes only. You will take every precaution to ensure that your information is relevant, and any data quoted is accurate at the time of recording. I take no responsibility for fact checking your work, or any liability for users who use the information that you provide in the conversation.
The podcast is available free of charge to listeners, however I may provide subscriber only episodes alongside the free content.
The podcast may be published via multiple sources, including but not limited to the podcast hosting site, my website, and multiple social media channels.
I do not guarantee the availability of the podcast, or any episode held here. I reserve all rights to withdraw, suspend or restrict any or all of the episodes at any time and for any reasons. We will not be required to give you notice if your episode is to be suspended or withdrawn.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that I am the sole owner of all rights in and to the podcast, and the recording(s) taken for the purposes of the podcast. The Intellectual Property includes all content on the podcast, any text, graphics, audio and video relating to the podcast, and also extends to the page layouts of this Site and any social media channels and emails. All photographs and videos on this website and the connected social media channels are subject to copyright.
I have the unfettered right to use, exploit, promote and distribute the podcast episodes, including your performance within that, in any and all media formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials relating to the production and distribution of the podcast become my property, and I shall have the sole and exclusive right to use and distribute such materials, as I choose.
PARTICIPATION, EXPECTATIONS & PROMOTION
You understand and agree that you will receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in the podcast.
In providing your contact details you are giving permission for your contact details to be held on file for contacting you about the podcast. Your email address may be added to the mailing list and you may receive communications such as the email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Any contact details provided may be used in the promotion of the podcast, unless you explicitly request otherwise. This must be provided in writing to hello@terripugh.com.
You may use the intellectual property created specifically for your episode, for promotional purposes only. This includes but is not limited to republishing or sharing any text, graphics, audio, video, posts on any social media channels, and emails. You must receive written permission if you with to modify any of this content.
You are encouraged to actively share this content in order to maximise the potential reach for your podcast episode. Whenever you share artwork, social media posts, video, audio, and/or emails, it is a requirement that you include a link back to my social media accounts, website, and/or podcast show directly.
Should you wish to utilise any other content on this Site, social media channels, or within our emails, permission is required. Please contact hello@terripugh.com to make a formal request.
Your name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the podcast, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Notwithstanding any of these terms, we do not intend to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You hereby release and discharge me from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity that may arise through you being a guest on the podcast or any following publicity for the show.
