6 of the best intuitive eating podcasts

I love a podcast. I listen to them in the car on my way to and from work. I know there are people that listen in the bath, listen on the bus, listen while they’re cooking dinner….. there are plenty of times and places where podcasts are the perfect company.

I’ve followed some really great intuitive eating and body positivity podcasts for a while now, and some not so great too. I thought I’d share the best of the bunch with you.

And the podcasting - I swear to you - on its worst day, the podcasts are better than our best films. Because they're more imaginative, and there's no artifice, and it's far more real.

Intuitive Eating & Body POsitivity Podcast with Terri Pugh

I’m obviously going to share my own aren’t I! I love my podcast. Episodes are weekly and I like to share some help and support around intuitive eating and body positivity issues, whilst giving you a bit of an insight into myself and my relationship with food too.

You can listen here on the podcast page, and if you pop over there there are also links to all the top podcast listening apps so that you can follow on the one you like to use.

The F*ck It Podcast

Caroline Dooner has a unique style about her, and I love it. Caroline is the author of The F*ck It Diet, which is her own method similar to intuitive eating. She talks about food and body issues, is not diet and HAES aligned, and keeps you entertained at the same time.

That should keep you going for a while. Look some of them up. They’re great for reinforcing what you already know about intuitive eating, and learning more about it. They’ll become your new best mates, I’m sure. Let me know in the comments which you liked.
