5 of the best intuitive eating books
I’ve read some really great books by some incredible people. Intuitive eating books have shaped my progress. They’ve kept me going when I’ve thought about going back to dieting. They’ve given me the tools to take my intuitive eating further. They’ve helped me to become the Intuitive Eating counsellor that I am today. I trust these authors implicitly. They are knowledgeable, experienced, full of wisdom, and very entertaining!
Here are my favourites. These are what I consider to be some of the best intuitive eating books around, with a bonus body positivity book thrown in for good measure. I hope you find (at least) one that you love.
